Metal XLR Right Angle Multi Position Plugs

Right angle multi position (RAMP) metal XLR plugs are available as either male 3, 4 and 5 pole or female 3 and 5 pole versions. The body is adjustable in 8 positions around the plug to allow cable access from any direction. They are supplied with a strain relief and black grommet but the grommet can be replaced with one of various coloured colored versions which are sold separately.

• Contact resistance: ≤ 3 mΩ.
• Insulation resistance: > 10 GΩ.
• Dielectric strength: 1.5 kV DC.
• Rated voltage: < 50 V.
• Rated current per pin: 15 A (3 pin), 10A (4 pin), 7.5A (5 pin).

 

Mechanical Performance

• Insertion force: ≤ 30 N.
• Withdrawal force: ≤ 30 N.
• Lifetime: ≥ 1000 mating cycles.
• Cable outer diameter: 3.5 to 8 mm.
