USB-C male to female extension cables


CLIFF Electronics, leaders in the design, development and manufacture of connectors and test equipment, have introduced a versatile USB-C male-to-female extension cable. This supports PD charging at 60W (20V @ 3A), USB 3.1 (Gen.1) 5Gbit/s data transfer speeds, 5K video output @ 60Hz (Thunderbolt 3) and audio transmission.


When used in a system equipped with Cliff XLR and SLIM feedthrough connectors the cable can be used to connect a monitor in the same way as existing HDMI and VGA feedthrough connectors. Cable lengths available include 0.3, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5 and 2m.
